The little touches made such a difference, such as champagne and chocolates in the room when we arrived, regular messages on our bed made from flowers and reeds, having my hair braided when we visited the spa, having our regular drinks brought to us on the beach, pool and vie bar without having to ask. It was all the small things that made this trip so wonderful. Some of our highlights include watching the reef sharks being fed on the jetty each day, swimming with a turtle that we spotted on our walk back to the villa on evening, watching a pod of dolphins in the morning, spotting several sting rays whilst snorkelling, enjoying the beautiful sunsets from our hot tub on our villa deck and of course the food and drink! We also thoroughly enjoyed watching the traditional Maldivian drumming, partaking in the coral planting and restoration and the Thai dancing and karate on our last night. I am gluten intolerant and this usually causes issues when we eat abroad and limits the options I can have.

Side lamp flickering bulb needed screwing in. Probably wouldn't use again Receptionist was very helpful in resolving the issue. Poor hygiene in 1 of the rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful, room was warm and comfortable The room was in need a freshening up Mark's all over the wall ceiling in the doorway needs repair remote control looked old with worn out buttons in recent times other hotels have ensured the rooms have clear indications of cleaning which wasnt present here The receptionist was really unfriendly. He gave us directions to get to our room that where useless. Heating wasn't working in the room. They brought an electric radiator round to the room but for me the damage was already done. Really poor customer service skills. And speed the guy said I'll bring a heater round tells me they knew quite well the heating wasn't working and should have gave us one straight away on check in Absolutely worst experience had with...
