I called as I wanted to book a treatment for my other half after seeing all positive reviews. The person I spoke with on the phone was so unhelpful and rude that I nearly hung up but stayed calm and book a treatment. My girlfriend told me that on arrival at hotel the receptionist team from Mondrian was really helpful, but..... As soon as she arrived at the spa. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful ( looks like it's something recurrent with this place), then changing room was dirty( dirty robes and towels everywhere and most of lockers were empty).
